I love jamming with my friends. Making videos would be the only way to show that I’ve had experience and we really enjoyed.By 2012 we won’t be seeing each other for a very very very very long time. Everybody’s got their separate ways. As for me, I need to score that canada scholarship. Some other are going australia, malaysia , singapore, sudan, middle east, europe, india and thailand. Thats where all my friends come from.

Time is really a key to treasure which is to be treasured. We musn’t waste it. I’m glad I’m only 13! its better to realize how much time you’ve got left before it becomes lesser. Not just for time with friends but time with works and everything.

I’ve got lots of idea’s on time and how to make it really useful. I’d love to write it down. But I hadn’t any time! ;D

Hey every body. Lessons today was not the center of attraction. Well some DeeJays from RTB came to my music school along with some local singers. They’re pretty moved by the way I play. One took a few videos. I’m so physched xD. And teacher gave me the etude I’ve always wanted to learn. Winter wind Etude from chopin.

I also met this girl by the name of hazel. Who has too much games in her phone and pretty talkative.

I’ve a feeling that more is to come, less is to go. But as my teacher said, when something good comes, something bad comes along with it to challenge you. Today what came to challenge me was my theory. I’ve really annoying times with composing melodies. Well , I’ve just make up melodies with chords and random progressions so It’ll be correct. Its not that hard actually, its just nerve wrecking.

Today , my teacher gave out alot of chocolates. I seen so much people with the iPhone. Teacher have been saying a lot of quotes. And i’ve heard teacher’s final composition.

It’s really nice. Its got the touch of Bond(a british quartet in crossover classical music).

Nothing keeps getting better, than life.

I just came back from Empire Hotel and Country Club’s Theatre after a concert! Its the first concert I’ve seen in Brunei with an orchestra. Though this orchestra had saxophones and drum lines and march snares. It was also the most colorful and “ask for more” concert so far.

Classical , jazz , pop, latin and rock . All for orchestra . There are guitars ofcourse.

There was this song.” Jazz Police” . It has four kid criminals and two kid police. The kids went through the rubber bar that held them in and hid behind four trash cans. The police came and instead of searching for the criminals they dances and showed off their guns. It was so cute xD.

In the march of the nut cracker, danse finale and the danze finale, its all kids. All the grown ups are like villains .

The guy who sung Nessun Dorma. Dominic . He sang a rock song afterwards. “Its my life”

There’s even “I gotta feeling by the black eyed peas” in orchestra rendition!

Then outside the theatre I put on my head phones and the feeling of that music in my head with the view is so fantastic! Its like you’re in your own music video or something. Its like the movies.

Holidays are all coming up so soon! next week is already the first term’s holiday. It takes a lot of blood and sweat to get all homeworks and stuff done. But I manage to do it all and got some sweet marks in class tests.

I found a lot of  nice tips in Maksim’s fan page. Downloads and pictures and all these nice stuffs about him can be found in his site. the link is on the right site of this page.

I also noticed that beethoven was very rude. He once said to a prince” You are an accident of birth for being born in to the royal family, you have fame. What I am today, I achieved myself”. Thats an absolute ” OUCH!”

I do find meaning in that sentence. He did achieve it himself. The prince really was an accident of birth. But wondering what might have made Beethoven said that , the prince must have mocked him. But what kinda of person mocks beethoven? It was during the romantic period of music where a lot of people listen to romantic music. As beethoven was from classical period and lived till the romantic period, he has pieces which he played and they didn’t like.

I found a really good way to motivate yourself in to doing something. Go see videos of what you’re interested in and you’ll be motivated immediately. You’ll jump to your interest.

Recently I’ve been working on Shian Li,chiam’s Birthday present. She wanted Dido’s Lament from maksim (purcell.H) but couldn’t find the sheet music anywhere. So I decided to take the honours and give it to her as a birthday present. I’m lucky I have this cool program which makes audio slow. I’ve experienced with fast audio and sound and practice with transcription. So this one was an “ok kind of piece.

I heard there was a Musical Concert in J I S(jerudong international school). But it has conflict with my school time and I really want to go! All the music schools of brunei had been emailed by the organiser of this event to perform . So My music school MUST be going for sure. Can’t believe I’m missing this. But hey, who knows. Our school might have field trips to concerts where I’m actually performing.

Today my Piano teacher, Lily Chiam. Told me that because of the Piece  Claudine, the romantic touches have finally come out of me. AND she said that in my standard, I can be recommended to Canada for masters and bachelors. EVEN A levels. Thats a WOOHOO FOR ME!
I have a path to choose.

Romantic Touches are like hold as long as possible, that was what I lacked. But because of Claudine, I picked it up in my long run. Also, I found out that to make practice sessions longer, you can learn songs you are super interested in. It’ll take like a few hours. Learn etudes, they improve your skill as well as take your time on you piano. ;D.
